Ok i found the problem ...After putting a fuel pressure gauge on there and driving it till it messed up.. I noticed the fuel pressure was dropping below spec,Then i installed the inline pump still no change.. Fuel pressure was dropping to 10 psi when it would fall on it's face. When i first...
It. Always starts right up.like less than a half revaluation. It never dies or misses.it runs great till it just falls on its face a couple times then its fine.it acts like a gas motor in cold weather with no choke
It starts fine, idles fine.Has great power but after driving for a half hour or so it will pretty much shut off but it still idles.. If you let off the go pedal and get back on it a couple of time it will be fine.. It will do it three or four times if you keep getting right back into it.Once you...
That's what i was looking for ..I'm getting 60-70 psi after the secondary filter so i can't imagine there is much more a 1 or 2 psi drop across the final.. I have changed the filters twice.. same issue..I'm gonna drive it tomorrow with the guage on there and see what happens
I put my guage where the bleed screw goes on the secondary-final filter housing... Just want to get a idea where it should be and see if i am on the low side or loosing pressure alltogether when it acts up.
I have been searching my manuals for about an hour.i have done a search and no luck.. I'm needing a fuel pressure spec for a multifuel .. or reference to a chart ... Any help would be much appreciated..

I think i may have finally figured out the problem..The motor i put in the truck had sat for a long time. When i first put it in the truck it was low on power so i turned the fuel up... It was fine for a while. Then it went crazy making way to much power and smoke. I put an egt and new boost...
I had built a camper out of a expandible box.It was really cool. I put the bathroom at the front of the box .The dinette was just behind the bathroom on the driverside. kitchen was on pass.It make for two nice bedrooms in the expanded sections next to the bathroom. and still had room at the back...
Ive posted the pics several times . I've had it stacked with concrete two ft over the roof. and as much gravel or sand as you can get to stay in the bed with the troop seats on the truck and heaped in the middle.
They are rated to haul 10000 on the road and 5000 offroad. i have had five times that amount in my truck without problems. They sell the lift system you are talking about might be alot less trouble to just buy it rather than make one.But yes that would be an awsome setup on a deuce i want to...
Looks good so far . I just have one question if it is all welded up how will you make sure the bolts that go through the bottom of the frame are tight? You can get a pretty decent cut with a plasma you just need to make sure you are going in the right direction and using the right gas for the...
