It was uneventful, hooked up to it, raised the landing gear and drove off. :-o
unfourtunaly no ramps, but I'm looking to build some here soon as I need to recover a box truck in the next week or so.
So this thread has got me thinking more about a tracked vehicle. I've got the transport setup now (m818, m172) so I can haul about 15 tons. I guess I should start looking. I am SOOO addicted to OD!
Well I finally got Redrocket to on a ride with the trike club this last weekend. My daughter got to be the hack monkey. Lol
We had a good time despite the rain and hail.
I tried to resolder mine but I think standard solder is too soft as it didn't hold. So I took it to a local shop had had it fixed for about $75. I took the time to replace the upper hose as it was getting old and was very stiff which is probably caused the solder joint to fail in the first place.
I picked up a mep701 which is similar to yours. When I first fired mine up it wouldn't start either. I found that there is a priming lever on the injector pump that I had to activate while cranking the engine to prime the hp head. Not sure it that will help.
Didn't see this until tonight... But I just happened to be at the same location this morning meeting with the Motor cycle club that I'm a member of so I ran over there really quick to say hi.
Scott what did that Rear view camera system run you if you don't mind saying.
I had converted a mep 113 to a mep 004 last year and was running 28kw peak.
