Sounds like the fuel shutoff solenoid on top of the IP pump is not working.

It can affect on the same axle, but I do not think it could on the same side. But I'm not sure.

Could be the o-ring in the wheel or the valve for the CTIS. Water and soup may help find it. Or a nail in the tire.

That does look like it was about ready to go into the radiator. Good job!

Did you short the two wires at the brake switch on the air pack? Did they come on?

I went and found a seal, bearing, and race. The seal should rub on the race as the hub turns. If your seal has "outside" on it that should face the motor.

Ok, That maybe it, good luck replacing the bearings.

You can see to much metal, so I am thinking it is backwards.

I am thinking your inter seal is install backwards, If I remember right. That maybe why you got water in the baerings.

I just check my LWS and the main base plate is 1/2"

Well that is sad to hear about, good luck with the replacement or repair.

That is the way it should be, the service side should just have a vent on the gladhand, but some trucks like my M923A1 also have a ball valve, (THAT YOU DO NOT TURN OFF) if you do your service brakes will slowly come on.

You need to have this vent on the front service gladhand and if you have a valve on it you need to have it in the open position..

In AZ if the Vehicle is 25years old you can get Historic plates, your truck will be able to get them next year (2022). I think you will need a level one inspection. Castle Bravo may have more info. for you. For this year you may have to pay the commercial fees for the truck.
