Pumps are clean. That was the first thing I checked. Great fuel flow in battle short mode. In run mode no power through the k1 relay to pumps. Found cr4 rectifier burned out and r3 overheated. I am still trying to figure out why pumps do not run when the switch s2 is in run mode.

So far Relay k1 operates while battle short engaged but not while run switch on.

The solenoid valve is weak so removed spring for now with new ordered to replace. Found it not working by tapping on it as floats were operated back and forth. Floats work properly to solenoid now but the pumps don’t operate in run mode but only in battle short. The 24v dc circuit must have...

I know this is an old tread but my Mep009 runs only in battle short. I need the voltage regulator schematic and parts listing. Specifically looking at q1 which was rusted loose but no discernible markings. Help please. Thanks

Yes shimmed it twice now I believe the excessive hp is what is stripping the transmission teeth off. It’s a guess of 50 hp. It will bogg the motor down if idling. I’m sure someone knows the pto hp max for a duece vs the transfer case pto?
