    Battery cutoff switch I have a question please...what's the proper way to mount a battery cutoff switch on the CUCV in order to avoid burning all the links and such when a situation like this occurs? And also so you don’t have to disconnect the batteries every time you want to work on...

    Rocker... Yep, sure it will work for the floor. Do just as you have said for the floor section near the rocker...keep the new section larger than the hole and you should be OK. You may have to cut and fit several times to get it right, just take your time and you will be fine. David

    Floor I have never put the rubber floor back in the M1009's. I have put them into the M1008's and they trun out nice. I get mine from here: New Chevy Full Size Truck, Standard Cab Rubber and Vinyl Flooring | Chevrolet Rubber and Vinyl Flooring These are the correct ones for the CUCV. David

    Windshield I had the local "safelite" guy come out and it cost about $250.00 installed. Worth the money to me that way if it breaks it's on them. [thumbzup]

    Panel Bond This is good for any NON-Structural section of the body. And with these trucks having a full frame, I would not worry about using it in most anywhere on the body. But I am not a professional...:-P David

    panel bond Go here it's the cheapest I have seen, and good service! Ask them any question and they will help. Autobody Store: Metal Bonding I used 3 medum size tubs on each side. If I had to do over I would get the large tubes. You WILL use more than you think. David
