The indicator lights I'm referring to are on the Generator selector switch that is attached to the trailer.
I've got the -14&P, but it doesn't really cover the power unit.
I've searched for TM 5-6115-633-14-p in the Resources section to avail. Anybody have a copy that they could post.
This is for a Gen trailer NSN 6115-00-033-1398.
I'm trying to find a NSN # for the canvas top in particular and I've got questions about the indicator lights.
What I heard from an old timer is that sometimes the GI operating the vehicle would put slack in the winch line then backup and try to jerk out the stuck vehicle. When the slack came out of the line it would put such a sudden load on the input to the winch that it would cause the yoke to bind...

When I flipped mine I had to use the second set of holes in the front clip and If I remember correctly I had to do that because of...
In the winter I have the front covered up with the winter cover and that has the lexan covers that go over the headlights..
So the heat issue is moot since any snow hits the lexan and that is a couple of inches away from the headlamp anyway.
What about the cool factor??

This is what I did for my setup.
I took an extra set of lights that I had laying around along with an extra plug.
I used approximately 40 feet of 9 conductor direct burial sprinkler system wire that I also had laying around (you should see my garage :oops:) so I could wire all the...
We went camping for a week last month and we just used a LED tent light from W-mart to see with. It was enough to see what we were doing and I just ran a ratchet strap across one of the bows to hang it from.:-D
