Can the front axle from M939 series be used on a M52A2? I know the brake systems are different, but what about the gears? Are they the same? Do any of the front axles in M939 have lockers?
Anybody have leads on lockout hubs or lockers for M939 front axle?
Here are a few pics of the 10x10 with the fire fighting module loaded. It holds 3000 gallons of water and 150 gallons of foam. The pump is 600 GPM. With the pressure it puts out, the water cannon covers nearly 200 feet.
Our fire department recently acquired this tanker truck. It is made by Dodge, has 1200x20 tires and a 5000 gallon tank. Is anybody familiar with these or had the priviledge of driving them in the service?
I finally got around to updating the photo galleries on my website. If you want to see some pics of the Palletized Loading System, check it out. www.m1075.com
I took a few pics over the weekend. A wildfire had engulfed several thousand acres of prairie and was cutting a swath about 2 miles wide. With the M1075 and 3000 gallons, it only took 14 minutes to shut down the headfire. The rest of the time was cleanup along the edges. Hope you enjoy!
My Dad was going through his Army photos in the attic and found these pics he took. Hope you enjoy. His notes below:

Didn't know where else to post this. I found this picture from Operation Iraqi Freedom. It is a 6x6 like none other. It looks pretty cool to me. Does anybody know what it is? Is it a U.S. vehicle?
Now I know she is a little rough around the edges, but I thought you might like to see the new rubber under the M52A2. Goodyear AT2A 14.00x20 on 5 ton beadlocks in the front and standard split rim in the back. Man, did I have fun driving up, over, and through some serious stuff last weekend...
