Has anyone noticed that the hub reduction is actually 1.714:1 and not 2:1? The large bevel gears are a 24 tooth, the small bevel gears are a 14 tooth. 24/14=1.714

The 3116 is for all intents and purposes an entirely different engine compared to the C7 and 3126.
The 3116 had HP ranges from 180-375hp
The 3126 had hp ranges from 180-425hp
The C7 had similar power ranges up to 475hp.
EGT's climb fast in the 3116 because the turbo is so restrictive.
I don't know I've always run the steelies. Some swear by the aluminium wheels. The aluminium wheels are about 50 pounds less and stronger. The Caiman went to aluminium wheels as small IED's would just blow the tire off the wheel, whereas the steel wheel would get blown off the hub.
