Yes on my 6 battery configuration I had to use military batter terminals and cable them together. The 4 battery setup I was able to use the existing cables put in different locations.
I've got the same issue with a M1078. I've replaced just about everything between the parking brake valve and the brake chambers.. Parking brake still doesn't work.
The problem with going the Florida title route in Texas is you generally get the title documents 6-8 weeks after the sale date and Texas charges you a penalty up to $250.00. With the SF-97 you don't have that penalty.

If you are talking about the air powered hydraulic pump for the cab tilt, spare tire hoist and the suspension compression system, keep in mind the parking brake has to be set to use that system.
The Stryker used a C7
The highest factory horsepower on the 3116 was 375hp on marine versions.
The 3126 was 425 for the marine version and I believe the C7 was 475 on marine versions.
There are a couple ways.. One is to install injectors with large nozzle orifices and inject more fuel per stroke, or adjust the rack travel, or both.
However the turbo is rather small for the horsepower level, so unless you are prudent with EGT's any fueling upgrades will need a turbo upgrade...
