I had some fuel problems with my 931A1 when I got it. I found out MANY do also. It drove me silly till I changed all the lines and it still was not perfect. I added a 24v inline aux pump and no it runs right.

What kind of anti frezze are you using? I agree with the others that you are going to need to block that radiator some. My 931A1 has the same problem but my 923A2 does not. I drove it over the austrian / Swiss alps last month and I was turning the hea off! Im not use to this but did like it....

Im looking in the TM for this section. Its not so hard to do. I would first change the trans oil and filter. I know many people who did only this and were very happy with the results. When I get the TM page i will send it.

Are you having the same hard shift issue? What oil are you using in the trans? You will see a big difference using Dex3 over the 10w military oil. Plus ck the adjustment on the cable that works with pump. This cable goes down to the trans and changes the shift points. I leave mine slack. I dont...

Did you adjust out or in on the cable that runs down to the trans?

My fuel guage has stopped working. I do see it move when I switch on but only to the "E" mark. I removed the sending unit atr the tank and the contacts are touching and it seems to work. Is there anything else I can check?
