    Opinions on MEP-831A

If I remember correctly you don't need to pull the engine. I believe you can just slide the jug up and off, and install the new rings. Then carefully slide the jug back on with a ring compressor to get them installed. Pretty easy if I remember right.

    Opinions on MEP-831A

You know my second unit did a simular thing. Ended up with a broken piston ring. After that it was hard starting and wouldn't go full load . Perhaps some how you hydrolocked the engine ??

Id try turning on the fuel pump and take your fittings loose close as you can to the injector . And let it run til you see no air or bubbles coming threw the line.

    Opinions on MEP-831A

I believe you have air in your fuel system . I had similar issues on my MEP531A s Had to run the 1 almost 2 hrs till it cleared up . You can also try bleeding the system.

My MEP003a story and Hertz issue

Not positive , But did you try flashing the gens feild ? also on the right hand side of the gen up near the injector pump area there is a inline fuse that's part of your DC circuit .

Does anyone run 208 volt 3 phase equip on 220 3 phase?

Then that would explain why my transformer is the size of a smart car LOL

Does anyone run 208 volt 3 phase equip on 220 3 phase?

Sounds like a step down transformer would do the job. I run 3 CNC mills and 1 CNC Lathe all on phase converters in my shop. My Lathe had the same issue. So I bought a step down ( Buck / boost ) and haven't had any issues since.

I have a M923A2 & push botton light switch wont turn off?

Sounds like your switch shorted. Did you have a extra separate ground wire run to it? If not that could be the reason it shorted.
