I'm good any weekend in April.
Looking forward to another blast.
Anyone who has been on the fence about attending previously, you must go. Awesome people, awesome trails.
Congrats on the new deuce and the safe trip home.
Last January I recovered my two deuces with the help of Paul Farber. After rolling around in a foot of snow and slush PM'ing them for the day, we drove them from Mechanicsburg to his house in Gordon, PA. I drove mine TOPLESS and with no...
I don't know if this will work, but when I played hockey we would rub dawn liquid soap inside our visors to prevent fogging. That was plastic, not sure if it works as well on glass. You have to clean the window, then dry it. Then put the Dawn on your fingers and rub it in real good. Then...
Where rt 17 meets I81 in that map you have Kublo's surplus in Brackney, PA. You should have his contact info in case you have any early issues. You also have wildchild in Binghamton. I keep my deuces close to Binhamton, but I won't be up there until the weekend.
Good luck. Have a safe trip.
This story is unbelievable, yet I believe it. Oh the irony...
OD, regardless of whether or not you take a loss, pm me your your surplus store info. It would be my pleasure to purchase from you.

It was nice meeting you, bring your deuce next time. I was the guy with the breaker bar and dot3 grenade. Joe (shenkman) is an absolute stand up guy and I can tell you with 100% certainty that he was kidding about not helping again. Yet, I can see where Jim might not catch that in these...
A pallet of bricks would be about 2,500lbs which will put you in the same range that I'm searching for. Unfortunately, I'm only finding affordable cranes with a max of 2,000 lbs and that is without the boom extended.
I'll keep you posted, but the 2k lb jet ski crane seems like my best option...
I'm glad you liked it. I spent hours searching over the past month and that was the best one I found for the price. Please let me know how it works out.
Thanks
Mikey
Great thread. I have been considering something similar to lift 250g totes of wmo into my deuce. Approximate weight of 2000lbs. I found this device:

I figured I could use it with a 3500lb warn winch.
