Commander, figured I'd post up and say I'm a big fan of the "Project time again..." threads. The quality of your work is just as impressive as the quantity of it.
Thanks for taking the time to share some tricks of the trade, I certainly have learned a few things.
Rock on!
Those holes are for the splash guard. As mentioned before you'll need to drill them.
I recently installed both driver and passenger side inner fenders, both from LMC. I found the need to do some trimming and some massaging to get them in.
Red lines on the following image shows where I...
Yes, lots of good info. if you search.
I added a 12v voltmeter, an oil pressure gauge and a coolant temp. gauge. The oil pressure is plumbed into the oil sampling valve and the coolant sensor is plumbed into a HMMVW coolant crossover pipe.
I agree with that, I see a lot of Historic tags on POS's around here. The folks at the inspection station thought I was crazy for getting regular tags for my M1009, it failed the inspection first go around for among other things, torn drivers seat, lol. It was a hassle but definitely worth the...

Doing some searching on laser guided concrete screeds, I came across this article, which suggests that the first one was sold in 1987. The only info. I found on accuracy tolerances are 1/8". Which in my uneducated opinion has more to do with the lasers than the screeding equipment, because...
About laser use during construction, working as a laborer 15 years ago, the use of total leveling stations was common practice in site work/pipe laying around here, with tolerances of about a 1/4" and it was a rough outfit. No cutting edge technology for us.

According to the TM the longer tie rod end (ES2027L) should be installed at the front and the shorter tie rod end...
You know, somebody spent some time doing that dash and the cup holder was interesting to say the least. It's a shame they didn't mask off the windshield before the camo paint job.
About the ship wheel, looks like Renault has us covered.
Great day to all as well!
My bad. Energy...
Removed sway bar to paint and replace bushings with greasable ones from Energy Suspension.
I removed the ply wood dash mod a PO had installed.
And spent time with an angle grinder cleaning up the frame around the fuel tank area, in preparation for primer/paint...
Glad he's alright and yes, death is inevitable that's true.
"Life is for the living.
Death is for the dead.
Let life be music.
And death a note unsaid."

Following UncleSams's example, I colored the diagrams found in the TM's, in this case from Appendix F, Tm-20.
I have not verified any of the circuits on a wiring harness and I would be happy to make corrections if some one points them out.
Thank you for the compliment. The plan is to make it a safe and reliable vehicle and enjoy it. It needs work, but that's why I bought it! [thumbzup]
It ALL belongs to momma, I just get to play with it.
Funny story about that: in case she needed/wanted it, I gave her spare key for the Blazer...
