I don't mind following the rules but when you change them I would like to know, so I can bring the right vehicle! A little consistency would be a big help on dealing with the different sites.
Depending on who loads you and their "state of mind" be prepared to load out pallets/cardboard/crates or you may be making another trip! Don't ask how I know! (Eleven hour round trip)
I have the same problem, when the lights are on the horn blows, I was told the two circuits had grounded out together? I took the field expedient method and unhooked the horn. Need to revisit this one.
There are a few of us around the area, have a look at the attached thread link: http://www.steelsoldiers.com/showthread.php?130465-2015-KAMO-Rally-(KS-AR-MO-OK)-Oct-2-4-2015
I have been restoring a small IH tractor that was in a fire, If you want to avoid pits and metal loss use electrolysis. I use muriatic acid acid on bulk items like chain, but if you leave them too long you can have hardness problems.
Mike any photos of the sanitation trailer layout? I bought a couple of the field surgical sinks(heated ones) but they would just be for the cooks!

I didn't know there was an A1 version to the 1008? I added a 3.5 inch lift to accommodate the 37 inch tires with a 2.5 inch spacers for clearance. I will see if I can find the differences. I have a pretty complete parts truck I may go out and have a look at it as well.
The truck below is pretty much how I got it from the AR National Guard, except for the lift and tires/wheels. Since I have had it the bed cover has come in handy as a catch all. A couple of weeks ago I cleaned it out to use it as a camper at the KAMO rally. I have not seen many other beds...
