Saw this one in Xian and I had seen one like it before in Shanghia but did not get a pic of that one. It is quite a bit bigger than a jeep but much smaller than a Humvee. It has normal axel setups but with a lot of wheel travel. Diesel power. Eddy

If you just want the lights to work put the 24 vt bulbs in and it will work very well. It will still work with towing it with a normal 12 vt civy unit but the lights will be a little dim. The Dukw is 31 ft long 8' 2" wide and 8' 9" high and is 15000 lbs it will drive on and off the trailer by itself. There would be room on a normal trailer for another load like a Bobcat or something . Eddy

Thanks for all the help guys. I got it home and it ran great. Lots of power and I had to watch that I did not go over red line as it kept wanting to go faster. I am quite happy with the truck. It has one small leak when it is hot but all else seems great. Thanks again. Eddy
