For future reference: I found the part I bent under female bulkhead connector and it is NAPA part number 725147.
Disassembly was not difficult. Separate fuse panel side from firewall plug side and pull the wire you want out...
But there is no DH mod on that one... :D

Here's to hoping that it solves a couple other gremlins that have reared their ugly heads.
Since you've helped me establish that replacing the harness may be my best option, I feel less hesitant about separating the existing one from the fuse box and trying to straighten or replace and reinstalling. Good call on the connector kit.

Doing some corrective maintenance on my '09. I pulled the firewall plug apart in order to clean it out and noticed that one of the female connectors is bent.
I unscrewed the inner half and twisted it around so it faced the cab, hoping to use a dentist pick or similar to...
Maybe a testing kit will save you money in the long run. A titration test should let you know the amount of fatty acids in you WVO and provide the amount of neutralizing agent needed (lye), if you so choose to.

I rebuilt and installed alt 2 last Sunday . Drove to work and back everyday, I've got say driving the '09 on the country roads was the highlight of my week, close second to getting home safely.
