    B-24 Liberator (Consolidated)

As a civilian my father ferried B-24's to England via Canada just before the U.S. entered the war. When war broke out my father went to enlist and as soon as the recruiters saw his credentials they gave him a instant commission and made him a flight instructor.

    B-29: The "Kee Bird" Disaster

    Finally restoring the M37

My 37 canvas top would just barely scuff the top of my garage door when I pulled it in, I also had to cropped the wood uprights so the cargo top was the same height as the cab top.

    Headed to Floriduh!

I always enjoy stopping in St Augustine when I make a run down to Florida. From there I like to swing by the military museum at Camp Blanding http://campblanding-museum.org/ which is about 1hr west of Augustine.

Looking REAL good, I like the yellow cad bolts but thats just me  I know I mentioned it before, You'll be installing the front side cowl/fender welting soon and just a suggestion, I used wide head aluminum rivets spaced about 1 1/2" apart (see pic) to install mine and was very happy...

    Bed side Fording Bracket Picture

Here are pics of fording brackets that I had on my 37. I was told I had them on backwards but I like them like this as they kept the pipe from rubbing on my paint job. Last pic is the mount for the snorkel.

    Windshield adhesive / sealant

Go on to E-bay and do a search for "CRL Sealant" and take your pick. I myself used CRL 877 to seal my windshield to metal frame on my deuce ( 7 yrs ago ) but CRL 7708 might be exactly what your looking for.
