    Boarding Ladder theft

Yep, people seem willing to go through a lot of trouble to steal stuff. One cable taken from my truck needed the ends dismantled to pass it through the cab wall.... I know because I have to do the opposite to get one back in:roll: As for Ohio, FlyingVan, its fine. However, I do prefer the...

    Boarding Ladder theft

Camp Dodge was rough on me too. I lost all the radio equipment off mine. Obviously didn't have a radio, but everything else was there in the picture(s) when I finally got my EUC all of it except the mast and mount were gone. The Sgt. helping us load just shrugged his shoulders. He was a nice...

    1 Year, 6827 Miles

Wow and I thought that 4000 was a lot... Make that 4660, I just drove it from Kansas to Ohio full of all my worldly possessions, and towing a trailer.

    The good, bad and ugly

The good: Yea! I won a M101 trailer in Oklahoma City, and the EUC cleared! The bad: On the same day, I also blew out the torque converter (and probably the tranny) on my CUCV. Now I have less than two weeks to walk down their and pull my trailer out... like a rickshaw! (its only a...

Gen 1 light never comes on

I was just looking for this thread... solved the problem. Actually solved two problems at once! The Gen 1 light runs through the heater fuse, when I fixed the heater (and stopped blowing fuses) the gen 1 light started working again, along with most of the dash lights. So after all the hassle...

CUCV 6.2L and HUMMUR 6.2L engines. Any differences?

The IP having a different shift controller, or whatever you want to call it, is easy to swap... especially if you have the old one. So if I'm reading this right you have the old parts so you will be right as rain in that regards. I had to do it when I got an IP off a 90s era electric Chevy...
