It looks like the grill and edge of the hood were painted yellow. At least that is all that is showing through so far. The rest of the truck is OD.

I have one just like it, a real work horse, unfortunately with mine I use it an hour and work on it for three! But it still does more in an hour than I can do without it in a day! Mine does have only one seat that folds forward and backwards.

I have a 932 but when I drove it home I was still on uncle sam's diesel, I am picking up a couple of hard tops for my 939 series trucks this weekend I may have a chance to recheck the MPG!

I drove the distance from Hooks to my cabin about 186 miles in one shot, I used a paint stir stick for a measure. I am amazed how well it drives, I hope my 932 does as well, i have new shoes for it!

I just picked up a similar truck, and the alternator on it was bad as well, I have it at a local shop who rebuilds them $109.

With brake lights and assorted solenoids surly with four fully charged batteries I can drive a pretty good distance with the little draw they would have, and you bet I am going to replace the belts, this is just a what if. I am trying to not have to take my 932 down there to tow bar it home!

Why pull the front drive shaft, if the hubs are unlocked does the front shaft turn?

Well dropping the rear drive shaft is no problem, a forestry forklift took care of the shaft, he has both ends of the shaft but that is it! I am getting the truck for $1300 so some imperfections are allowed! I plan on staying off the interstate as well 55 -60 will work just fine!
