Looks great!! Does you truck leak rain water like most everyone else? Mine had something like it. I wasted no time in removing it, truck had been leaking a lot and standing water is not good for the floor pan.

Your Voltmeter might need a new 300ohm resistor. Radio shack has them. At least thats what fixed mine. As far as your heater fan....check fuses, and the connections. Check this thread..... Voltmeter is not working (at all - never moves)

The dash panel is really easy to remove. Mine was in so so shape, I bought a dash pad cover from LMC. It turned out real nice.

I have yet to install mine. Got them from LMC. Looks good True Knight!!! Maybe next week I'll get around to it......:driver:
