Mine does spray, but only on the drivers side. Thats good I guess....I'll fix that soon as well.
Where can you find the washer pump re-build kits from?
I just bought one from NAPA, dont recall how much it was. Wasnt anything near what you paid. Check the CUCV wiki page, lots of part #'s and whatnot......

Hey Travo, It's not that hard of a job. Getting the old ones off can be pain. Have an extra tube of RTV and 3M weatherstrip adhesive on hand. I went with LMC on my last CUCV and they all fit.
I have yet to hit it with a multi-meter or power of any kind....I'll check it over and see what happens. It doesnt get too cold here in Norfolk, but just in case I'd like to see if it's working.

Other than the obvious ( pluging the darn thing in ), is there any other way to check the wiring on a freeze plug block heater?
Dont have any experience with this type of equipment, when you do plug it in, how long would you leave it plugged? All night??....a few hours??......Just wanted to get...
Wow..thats just insanity WARWAG. When we were up at Tahoe over Thanksgiving, we had quiet a bit. It snowed in Norfolk last week, but I didnt really miss anything being down south in Florida.
I got my dash cover from LMC. On a scale of 1 to 10...I'd give it an 8 as far as fit goes. I used color match paint on the exposed areas of the old dash and black RTV to seal around the edges of the cover that woudnt stay down. She came out real nice. The wood kit came from a guy on ebay. It was...
Nice job on the dash. Finished mine last month. Super easy.....Dang near looks new with everything installed. I added a wood kit to the dash...which doesnt look too bad.
Like the seat covers.....

LMC, Classic parts, junk yards and sometimes ebay are your best bet for common Chevy parts. Ebay is also a source of CUCV specific parts. Some might be a little more than some would like to pay though.
