You have to install normal brake controler and run all the wires yourself. Just don't forget that the controlers are 12 volt and the trucks 24 volt, some type of inverter is needed or 12 volt system.
Hey I'm fixin to install some lights and I want to run them with a relay and recomendations on the type or style? I'm assuming that a 12 volt auto relay won't do the trick. My lights are 24 volts and 70 watts each, and I'm wanting to run 2 lights on each circuit.
I went for my first long ride in my M35 this weekend, a little less than a 1 hr each way. Cut the low hanging limbs out of a friends driveway with the truck, picked up a few things and headed back home. :driver: I had inflated my tires to 50 psi prior and have got to say it rides better at 50...
Just to clarify for me, the HH is the top part of the injection pump right? Or is that refering to the whole thing?
Thanks for outlining this as good as you have!
Do you notice alot of tread wear in the center that way? I have aired mine down (on 395's) to 35 front and 30 rear trying to get full contact with the tread all the way across so they wear evenly. But mabey I'm barking up the wrong tree? I'll try it at 50 psi and see how it rides and drives. My...
What about us light-weight's?:-D 170lbs dressed out:mrgreen:.
In all seriousness, how should I get them that tight? I've never seen a torque wrench that big! I've never looked for one either. We do have a torque multiplier here at the shop, but I tried to use it removing the lugs that I...
Same here! If it had of been the 1st weekend I could have come also. Darn. You might want to try and pull the old thread, I just found this one cause I was looking at the old one and trying to make reservations.
I know this is a real stupid question but, what's the torque spec for the lug nuts? I haven't seen it in the TM but I might have missed it. Has anyone ever broke one from the over tightening them? I've just been tightening them as tight as I can get them with the 5 ft breaker bar.
Hey has anyone here ever used paint thinner to cut WMO/WVO? My wife does estimates for a body shop and said they have to pay to get the old paint thinner picked up and they said I could have it if it worked. It's real thin and flammable, I was thinking about using it as a gas substute, being I'm...
Start trying to loosen those hinge pins now. I had a top one that was siezed, and I was trying to straighten my mirror brackets. Had to snap the top part off then remove the whole hinge so i could get it out with a little help from the torch. The mirrors should stay on without the doors as long...
I'm just running weighted tags on mine, antiqe tags were more and didn't change anything but what the tag said. I weighted it at 16,000 lbs and insured it at the same. That kind of thing you do at the DMV office. And as far as age I'm only 27.
Farm Burea insured mine just 6 months ago.... No restrictions just had to be a seperate buisness policy due to the wieght. Liability only $35 a month in NC
I bought the snap-on version at $50 and ruined it in 3 tires on the inner lug/stud. Found that it works much better to just use the inner lug/stud socket on them and the combo one on the big lugs. And yes they replaced the socket for free, the dealer made the comment of "Gee never had one do...
I just pulled mine and I couldn't for the life of me get the intake off with out pulling the exaust. I also had to pull the valve covers to get the water manifolds off. Mine had real still hoses on them, but it was a good excuse to adjust the valves while I was there. Like Clinto said I didn't...
Hundred dollar man is gone out of buisness??? His web site still works, That's a real shame.
