That looks good! Were they cheaper than buying the combat wheels and new center sections? And did it set the tires out from under the front fenders any?
Thanks guys I tried searching "trailer hitch" but got a bunch of unrelated threads apperently Curt is the keyword for this one. The kits from TM America look great but I don't trust my welding to hold a 10,000lbs trailer. And I really didn't want to spend $200 on a new one. Scoring one out of a...
I saw that some of yall had 2in recivers mounted on the back of your M35's. My question is did you use one from a passenger truck or did you make it yourself? I've been measuring frames here at work and found that of all things a Ranger trailer hitch will fit perfect but it's not rated at but...
So I got my EGT's back under control last night, I drilled 7 5/16 holes in the baffle and it cooled it down alot. Not as quiet as it was but alot cooler, so mabey I've found a happy medium. My muffler inside looks alot like that one in Blendmaster's pic, perforated tube but one baffle welded...
Had to have a seperate small bisness policy for mine due to the weight (what I was told). Insured by Farm Bureau to #16000, liability only is $35.00 a month or $420 a year. About 5 bucks more a month than the beater ranger we got rid of just before buying it. No points, tickets, or accidents on...
Hadn't thought of that, I'll have to look when I pull the pipe back off. I was thinking of drilling a couple of holes in the baffle to give a little more flow, But that will kill the whole reason I bought the muffler to start with.
Alright so I got to go on a longer ride than my normal 6 mile trip with the new muffler and I have some bad news....... In my truck this ones too much of a restriction. My EGT's are way up and the farther you drive it the less amout of throttle you can give it due to EGT's, making the accel to...
I'm fairly sure I ended up torquing it all to the grade 5 spec in the TM. The torque spec chart is in all the TM's. Don't know how to link it but in the first maint. TM it's chapter 1 about the 3rd page, or if you get the side bar on the left side go to tables and it's 1-1. Mine has been back...
Yeah the stacks about 9 in. longer now forgot to mention that. Thanks for posting the pics, I've been swamped at work today so I didn't get around to it.

Just put the donaldson muffler on, here's a before and after of my truck. I haven't been able to get a video running down the road yet, but it's defenetly alot quieter. You can hear the roar of the tires now. You can still hear the turbo when your running down the road but otherwise it's got...
Cool I was just wondering cause I had seen several folks talking about how not to put new terminals on and I'm wanting to replace my cables all-together.
Check for a rub on the harness after the firewall in the engine compartment on the backside of the fender. My rear lights were inop also and that's what I found wrong.
Yeah I knew about the spin on kit, but running low on $ for my M35 at the moment so I just reused the new filter and bought a new can. The spin on kits are in the works starting at the next oil change hopefully.
