Speaking of the back button, that was a nice feature of the old site, especially if you were away for a few days and came back to 3 pages of "new" Deuce posts. You could click on one to read, read it, hit the browser back button and the new post "light" would be out. You could repeat that for...
OK, so I lied to you. I took my shower and didn't wait until tomorrow to come to try things again and it works just fine!!
Now, if I could only find those damn smileys.
Thanks Mike,

Testing my patience right now for sure. (I'd put a representative smiley, but I don't know where they are!!!!)
Been doing some more checking around, it's happening in every section. I'm easily confused I guess. I think I'll go take a shower and come back tomorrow and see if it works any better.

RE: 1.5 KW Gen set
Hugh,
There are lots of inverters for converting DC to AC in the marketplace, but I'm not sure whether you can even convert 28 volts to 110 volts which you would need to power items in your house. If you could even find some unit that would do that, I think the cost would...
Heater install
You can always put it in the cab. Very toasty with out having to blow the warm air all the way from the front corner of the truck. Better defrost . Better access to all the stuff you need to get to on that side of the engine. Does not interfere with leg room in pass. area either

DOD Model MEP-025A -- Hol-Gar Mfg. Corp. Formerly Hol-Gar Model CE- 017-DC and Military Design Model DC-1.5-MD/28 V, DC
If in fact this is what it is, you can run whatever you want as long as it runs on 28volts DC :D

Lex,
Do some searching and see if you can find a post by Cranetruck about flushing the cooling system. It tells how many times you need to fill, bring up to temp to circulate, and then drain to get about 99% of the old coolant out of the system. It also tells what coolant to use and why for...
