    OK Pressure washed and painted the front and underside of the bed and got it mounted on the chassis today...I see somewhat of a glow at the end of the tunnel :)

    I'm no expert but yes the sleeves should be flush with the deck., Your block must have been in pretty bad shape to get sleeved being ( if I remember correctly) you can bore the cyl's out to .60 over

    Thanks for the input flyx I believe the paper filters will catch more paint then the fiberglass matting will ( at the cost of being more restrictive ), yes bigger filter elements would be nice but this setup worked fine when I primed her yesterday ( no fog in the booth) though I did need change...

    Yes its for filtering the air/overspray out of the booth, (makes less of a mess outside) I bought a roll of 20' X 100' 6mil plastic from Lowes ($94.00) and about $30.00 worth of 2"x4" x16' that I cut down the center half to make the the frame work

    I welded my dome light brackets to the hardtop using some angle and 4 coupling nuts, I mounted mine in the rear of the cab., excuse the ugliness as was in the middle of sanding/painting

    24 volt Dome Light and Tail light bulbs - I found some

    NAPA is great for 24v bulbs 24v mini boyonet bulb 1829 ( instrument panel lights) 24v single contact 1251 ( 3 candle power ) or for brake lights 1683 ( 32 candle power ) I believe park/service lights are 1691 ( 15 candle power ) Funny you should mention dome light install as I just got done...
