Got the paint on my Daughter car ( still need to put side trim back on ) so now I can get back to the Deuce :wink:
I know pic's are non military but I wanted to show it off before she brings it to the student parking lot next week being I haven't shot real automotive paint ( acrylic enamel )...
I just installed a mechanical OP on my deuce I bought a mil air pressure guage off e-bay ( see link) took off the front tranny cover in the cab and removed the sender and installed the mechanical ( bought plumbing kit from my local auto parts store)

I got the windshield glass in and put back on and spotlight is mounted. Pulled her outside to sit for awhile but I can better see the light at the end of the tunnel. You need to post some pic'sof your rig
A neat note about the master cylinder
I went into my NAPA about 11 years ago to get a master cyl rebuild kit for my 37 and the NAPA part # for that kit was "1"
My NAPA guy called down to the werehouse to order the kit and the guy at the other end did not believe him when he gave him just 1 as a...

As Mentioned it was mounted on the pass side foot well. The ext and the first aid kit was deleted in 1953 but that did not stop me from putting both in my 54,model :o
