    m151a1 troubleshooting questions

As to specifics on your jeep I can't really help 'cause I don't have one. There are plenty of fellas here that know lots about them though. Also, I suggest you pick up a copy of Military Vehicles Magazine. There are enough Jeep parts vendor ads in there to keep you calling for several days! Good...

    m151a1 troubleshooting questions

Not much info to go on here but a basic multimeter and some diagnostic time, jumping the starter to test it, testing the batteries, etc., should answer the starting problem. As far as the smoke, need to know more. For 200 bucks, you have a long way to go before anything is major!!

    Rebuild my 1962 M37

Look at it this way; it already has 45 years under its belt just the way it was built with probably no more care than necessary to keep it going. I say rebuild that sucker and give her another 45 years and just enjoy it for what it is. You would be surprised at what you notice cruising around at...

    Tire sizes

Tire size questions keep coming up and up and up and up..............., perhaps enough so that a sub-category under each vehicle section might be of some benefit and then when the key ?'s are answered a sticky or something with max. sizes, height, width, offsets, backsets, hubs flipped, hubs not...

XM211 Air Pack - need Help

As a addendum to my post, I might suggest that for this situation, instead of using pneumatic tool oil which is recommended, you might try something a little thinner with a long spray nozzle so that it will allow you to spray into the hole and apply it to the top and sides of the cannister...

XM211 Air Pack - need Help

That happened to me on my Deuce a couple of times before I pulled the airpack for a good cleaning. I think what is happening is that the large plunger in the airpack is sticking so that there is continuous boost to the hydraulic side locking the brakes. First time it happened to me when I...

    No avatars

Gary, if I'm not misreading his post, Patch is not seeing other peoples avatars. I believe you directed him to where to upload his own avatar. I have no idea if you have to have an avatar of your own to be able to see others though.
