From seeing various lists of parts needed and from other sources this is a tentative setup I have come up with. Some connections and pieces and parts have options noted. Please make any recommendations, changes etc.

RE: What bolts hold on a 52
If the attachment is similar to the newer models, don't forget the 4 springs for the front flanges and bolts that allows for frame flex.
If it spins I believe the solenoid is good. If it doesn't engage I suspect bendix drive or low batteries, not enough juice to kick it out fully to engage.
Go for it Mark!! Just to let you know I'm right off RT 101 east of Keene, NH. if you are rolling through and need anything. If you want my # I'll PM it to you.

Brake light switch
Hey tjc, you have to unplug the wires from the switch, undo the two screws that hold the rubber boot to the switch, and then clean the end of the switch very well to look for cracks in the bakelite or whatever it is. This way you dont introduce air into the system if the...
Come to think of it, if in fact the bypass valve opens at 15psi system pressure, why couldn't you put the bypass valves going into the filters and the oil cooler so you would have direct flow in the system on startup and when the press hit 15psi, the filters would start to fill and the oil...
OK 4x4, how does the bypass valve differentiate between say 50psi system pressure and 15psi "backpressure" from the filters? Or does that mean that as soon as your system oil pressure reaches 15+psi that bypass valve will start to crack open and start bypassing some oil?

Make sure that it is the MC not just the brake light switch if yours is located there, not in the air line. Thought mine was leaking, turned out to be the switch. The resin or whatever around the switch wires was cracked.
RE: Re: RE: Comset Ideas for Deuce Cab?
Lee, I have looked at the 9-32 volt aviation units on Epay. They pop up very frequently and sometimes go very reasonably. Way cheaper than new units from the aircraft suppliers. If you just want bare bones communication between two people they are very...
