Awesome job! Not to be a wet blanket, but could we have a typo on the Alternator Belt listing for O'Reilly's? The NAPA # is 25-9476 and the O'Reilly # is 9746. I just gave all these numbers to a Brother Club Member who is broke down on the road, and noticed the transposition on the O'Reilly #'s...
I agree with Rod, it was engineered there for a reason. I'd sure hate to see it removed an have the doors not shut right, and I wouldn't think a hard top would have enough rigidity to make up the loss of structure. Just my 2cents.
Thanks HS, Sorry I don't know what size the O ring is, I just found one in my O ring stash that was the same diameter. The original was round, I put a square one in, seems to work. I saved what was left of the old one, I'll show the counterguys at NAPA next time I'm in town.
