Thats pretty much it although I would limit the adjustment to maybe a 1/2 turn to start with and lock the 2 nuts before you test drive. A nice steady full throttle run up a hill will give a better indication of EGT build up.
I used this on this on the inner nut due to the fact I already had a set.

Your EUC form is different from mine. The box in sec II below G on mine has this
"ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: State any other material facts relating to end user and use of the property which may be of value in considering the proposal:"

Thats interesting. I never gave the alcohol in modern gas a thought. Just thinking out loud but does aviation grade gasoline contain alcohol ?. Maybe source from a small GA airport.
