Most all aftermarket wheels are lug centric versus factory wheels which tend to be hub centric. There are millions of aftermarket wheels on vehicles that do not have any problems with being lug centric. Big thing is making sure you have the correct lug nuts for the type of wheel.
I managed to pick up both the t-case to trans brace and the engine to bell housing rods and mounts. I definitely am adding them with having a Gear Vendors hanging off the back. Got them off EBay.
Do you have the front bracket as well? If not, it is likely a bolt broke or the block is cracked. If you went with the gear reduction starter, you must have this bracket as well.

You could add a Gear Vendors to the end of a NV4500 to get double overdrive plus gear splitting between the other ones. Basically end up with a 10 speed
