The trans computer in most trucks is a GM unit with a replaceable blue chip.
The TCm-2100 series is not a GM product, and has no replaceable chip....later trucks have these.
They both will plug into the box under the seat.
Before the first Hmmwv's were sold at auction in 99....people put bodys on chevy Suburban chassis....and one guy put
one on a Dodge d300 1978 chassis.
I have a body in central / west Texas.
All ECV and REV trucks have that lower hose that won't allow you to put a Warn 12k winch.....there is a expensive Milemarker
winch set up for those trucks.
There are some trucks out there that guys built with an ECV nose and non-ECV radiator and cooler that will work with a 9 or 12k Warn winch.
