look real type.
Check with Ohm meter...1.0 to about 3.0 are good.
If no reading or all 0000....then bad.
If they read good, then start box or TSU are bad.
54B is on the eng. side connector pin A at start box.
54B goes through start box....and out through pin B wire 29c of body harness to start switch wire 29 A.
Ohm check glo plugs...1.0 to about 3 ohms...anything different like 0000 or no reading...then there toast.
If toast then your box fried them .
If you have a PCB box....those are real old and have been updated to EESS, and then to S3 smart start.
The last two use a TSU controller in water...
I had an A/C pump frozen ..belt was still on...I rotated motor with a big wrench turning the Alternator.
A/C pump no rotate, but everything else did by hand after removing belt tension.
If the truck has the 4 spd. trans.....
The relay in the panel behind batteries do fail on with ign. switch off.
If trans light works, and if relay fails on....light will be on with ign. switch off.

Need to see what eng. you have...an early or late serp belt system.
The nut for that pully is a double system for the late serp system with the black round reservoir above left valve cover.
The early serp system has the hidden power steering pump and alternator takes a different pully.
