An easier way to turbo an M800 truck

That setup looks good, clean, open, and simple. I like the retention of the cold start pieces and I'm glad I didn't see any plumber's tape anywhere.

    My m925a1 build "Brutus"

I see, I see. I've read a few opinions on what max pressure a small cam can handle and they very between 200-230 psi. What pressure would be your max and have you come across any official number from Cummins?

How does a needle valve on the gauge affect the pressure that the pump puts out?

    5 ton ESP Prototype (M939/5TTR)

That first picture truck looks a bit like a KM-500. What are your eventual plans for your truck? Full resto?

roll call of EXISTING Vietnam gun trucks

I saw The Untouchable 5-ton at the Auburn, Washington 2024 Veteran's Day parade this year so I'm assuming it's not the one listed from New Jersey (can't confirm, however). I don't have any details other than these pics:

Looks like enough gold to warrant free entry into the lowrider show!

    Just got my first MV!

With the heater drawing in warm air from the cab on continuous recirc, the heater should get nice & toasty. Brazing the leak shut on the heater would be a more affordable option than replacing with the new $230 units...just an idea...

    Front winch pic needed!!!

Here's a pic with the tab flipped over to let the lever engage. Looks like it starts out flat and then gets a twist.

    Stop Valve Replacement??

I twisted mine off from over tightening so I cut off the male threads and drilled & tapped for 1/8 NPT female threads to use a nipple. If you can drill straight and tap straighter it could be a way to fix your misalignment (don't tap too deep).

What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

I got the truck all tucked in for a cozy winter hibernation in a heated shop. It's the first time ever that it has been indoors and I'm afraid it may get spoiled 😁. While it’s hanging out here, i think I'll finally do the battery box mods like @Brutacus did a while back.

If you haven't done it yet, it may be time to do the dual fuel mod with new fuel line routing.

    Superthermal's M813 Build, THE BOT

I'm running 60 in front, 35 in rear and 40 in the middle for now, but I still experiment with different rear settings. Truck is empty. I like the chalk/paint idea - will have to try that out.

I finally applied the unit numbers to the rear bumperettes:
