I went another direction for what I did. Took one of my sons and a good friend of mine and went off-roading. Hit every mud hole and every narrow trail I could find. His Toyota had a LOT of new pinstripe. My Humvee looked even cooler with all that mud. Mad it it ride even smoother 😉
I would make sure the flasher didn’t fail in the open position. Second would be checking the light switch , had both fail and only figured it out when I jumped the relay , the light switch was easer , I had spares 😉
Right ! It may have been parted out before it go to govplnt so making sure it’s not missing (any) assorted bolts or shafts that would keep it from moving is what we’re trying to say. You never know what was pulled off. Like the bolts to the tork converter.
You’re going to need to install a mechanical oil pressure gauge. No other way to tell. The sensors for the gauge could just be bad causing the low pressure issue. Normally if there’s no pressure , lots of noise from the top end than a thrown rod/ seized turbo
That’s a totally non looked up question. There’s a bunch of how to do or who can help answers here. Do you have a title or bill of sale ?? Not trying to be the @$$hole here but …… use the search , there are company’s out there like your local tag shop or someone like dirt legal that can give you...
I’m having the same overheating issue. Fan works great but under load it heats up quickly , I replaced the t-stat first thinking it was the issue but it still gets hot. was gonna scope the top of radiator to see if it’s plugged when I replaced the upper hose but haven’t gotten around to it yet...
