Delivery valve. Yep pull it out and clean port and valve. Small screwdriver in the slot and it will rotate to get it loose.

Agree no vibration on hose. Was wondering about oil flow too but it only feeds the governor / fuel pump area so I can not see it needing that much GPH and not that big of loss with hose. I will report back when it gets here.
