"They" maybe... but I wouldn't do it. Beadlocks for the 46" and 53" tires are very similar but not the same... FMTV trucks (with the 395/85R20 (46") tires use P/N T1001 (NSN 2530-01-370-5462) which is 7-⅞" wide. Bigger trucks with the 16.00R20s (53") come with P/N B3040 (NSN 2530-01-349-2058 )...

Sure enough that wheel needs to be scrapped! (some of the holes are so big that the lug nuts will bottom out long before tightening the wheel) I think you should be able to find a good-used (paired) 24-bolt wheel, for a reasonable price. If not, and being just for a spare, I would use a 12-bolt...

To me that seems to be an oil for hydraulics and not so much for mechanical transmissions. For your part of the world (and climate) any known brand SAE 80W-90 mineral gear oil will work fine. And don't worry so much about your "yellow metals"...

Karl, in TM9-2320-279-34-1 (June 1987), on Pages 5-1 to 5-4 they explain pretty much detailed, how to do this. Let us know how it went.

Please keep in mind that we are talking about the Deuce's sprag T-cases (model T-136-21). These don't have an air cylinder; both sprag clutches are shifted mechanically, 100%.

Not that much... Problem is, you'll have to do a lot of disassembling before you can replace the 6.2 sprocket with this other one. If you only wanted to install a new HB I may be able to get you the thickness of the spacer needed.
