A well known auction site has two separate vendors selling NOS cargo covers for the M101A2s. Also M1008 covers will work in a pinch if you can find them. The problem there is they are just a tad short to get the rear zipper to fully close. and they have plastic windows on both ends.
When I had mine out I was able to reach up in the passenger side and found a mouse nest and other debris stuffed by the heater fan. Was wondering why I didn't have much air flow.
As cpf240 mentioned, you may want to check your injector lines. I thought I had a rear oil seal leak but it ended up being a fuel leak and it ran down the back of the engine and out the drain at the flywheel
