Howdy, I have only 1 thing to add. You know you have the older faucet fuel pump. The military spec for all tier resets were to swap those out for the round style airtex fuel pump. MEP-802/803 fuel pump braided lines always look and function good.

Howdy, Ummm, maybe your alternator is not working good enough to charge up the batteries. I would add a solar battery charger to keep them topped off after fixing the charging issue. 2 good fully charged batteries will start it right up. Having only 20 volts for start are not going to cut it.

Howdy, Button for "Mark all post read" is more or less a big orange blob. The center text color is to close to the button color. Forum sections do not have a method to minimize. Looks like a little button to the far right of each forum section is just a dot. No functions.
