    leaking IP

Off the top of my head, I don't know the procedure exactly, but a friend of mine had explaned it to me once. Don't freak out, you should be able to get it. It goes something like this. On the front of the engine is a cover plate opposite the IP where a theoretical hydraulic pump would mount...

    What grease do you use?

What ever the brand I think that we'd all agree that the properties you are looking for (for the REGULAR fittings, not high heat/press.) 1. Tackyness, ability to stick to your parts and not drip off 2. Water resistant, will not turn to snot when exposed to water, (marine grease is a...

    M101A2 Hitch question

Don't the 105 trailers have a swiveling lunette, or do they just flip to get different heights? The point is, something in the link has to swivel. The ball set up works to a point because the ball can accept a certain degree of L/R twisting. This is probably why the BIG rig pintles swivel...

    M101A2 Hitch question

From what I interperate, he bent the frame that the pintle hitch attaches to the truck. If he bent the lunette on the trailer then I Definitly want to see the pictures of that.

    Wow! What a truck!

Don't worry about the noise being too loud in an uninsulated cab, for god sakes man, take off that muffler! Oh, and by the way, that little trailer you have sitting there. You can bet ittl' be replaced with a green one soon enough! Welcome aboard!

    M101A2 Hitch question

If the LUNETTE ring is too tight on the PINTLE hitch then it could twist when the trailer goes over (left and right) bumps in the road. Some people say, just cause it fits doesn't mean its right. I've noticed that mil. lunette rings are pretty big, so is you hitch to small or are you off roading...

    fullsize single axle deuce

I had asked about this same thing a while back. One of the drawbacks is whats called break angle. This would be like driving over such a hump that it would bottom out under the truck. It looks like the FL truck may have overcome this issue by removing the spare tire and by moving the rear axle...
