Here's some shots. One with a 5/32 drill bit which seems to be about the size of the rounded corner.

Yeah I don't work without a face shield anymore. Takes only one visit to the ER to have them dig metal out of your eye to teach you that lesson.

Looked at that and he shows one bracket with the pad removed for just a second, but he doesn't say how he got it done. I'm guessing it just needs some violence applied to it since he didn't mention anything special in the video.

Only completed swaps I've seen have been 5.9l ones. Would be nice to see someone do a gas swap just because a 5.9l is damn near impossible to get for reasonable money anymore.

The door sweep idea is awesome. To make it even better you could use the garage door sweep that comes with aluminum brackets.

I'm planning on doing the same thing and the argument for the PTO is that it's much stronger than the electric. Though I think the lighter weight, simplicity, and ease of use make the electric a winner for most regular folks.
