If I remember correctly, the one I have installed worked fine with my Mossberg 590. Also worked fine with my M1A, 1903, FAL and AR. The mounting instructions specifically mention that they are for the M-16 and M-14. LC

Make sure you get the ones for 14-16 gauge wires. The number on the package is 3838. They are called snap connectors on the package, and they are made by 3M. LC
