Well, finally got time to complete this job. I ended up using Jasco Prep in the tank. Used about a quart and sloshed it around real well, coating all surfaces. Let it dry for a day or two, then sealed the pin hole with JB Weld. After that, got a gallon of Red-Kote. Sloshed about 2.5...
