Are you running on one rear axle? If so, did you just pull the inter-axle drive shaft out? you might try putting it back in and see if it goes away.

The motor is 24v, by the casing. It is a two speed switch, maybe that's what it is..

I removed my heater the other day for some potential re-routing and re-configuring, and found this attached to my heater switch... Any ideas?

I change mine about every 3-5000 miles. I run regular Rotella, 15-40. That equals out to about once a year. I figure $70 for oil and filter changes a year isn't bad.
