    Glad hand leak....getting worse

I replaced both of my glad hand valves with standard plumbing ball valves. Half inch I think. Easy fix. I don't think that the glad hand cover is actually supposed to hold pressure, just protect the gasket and keep gunk out of the glad hand.

Got the deuce stuck for the first time, and pulled a jeep out

I went to the back parking lot at work and decided to do some donuts in the fresh four inchs snow that fell. Boy, once you get that rear end of one of these beasts to break free that is a lot of weight swinging around. FUN FUN FUN!!

105 bed trimming with hub flip?

Hi All, I am thinking about running 395's on stock rims but am wondering if you have to trim a 105 bed for them to fit on a bobbed deuce if you flip the hubs. If any of you have the answer to this I would appreciate it.

    started the BOB today

Hole saws do work great. At one of my jobs we use them all the time. You can cut a three inch hole right through 1/2 inch plate. Just be sure you use bi-metal hole saws. I have never tried water but it is certainly worth a shot.

    started the BOB today

I used a Plasma cutter to shave the rivet heads down to the frame and then also used the Plasma cutter to drill out the rivet as far as it would cut. Then use an air chisel to push the rivet out. I found that drilling the center was important. This worked very well, there was still a few...

How much motor oil can I burn as fuel?

I run 40% WVO 40% WMO and 10% old gas or diesel. I run all of this through a centrifuge that I purchased from wolverine technologies. Great product and a great guy to do business with. I have just worked out all of the bugs in the system and will post pics soon.

    started the BOB today

I burned my 1/2 drill up while bobbing my deuce. I went to rent a mag drill and the rental price was equal to the purchase price of a new drill. As nice as the mag drill would have been I choose to buy a new drill. By the way, a big Thank you to mikew for all of your work on your website. The...

    Hex Head Plugs

I just used a 3/8 bolt last week. It worked great, just make sure to use Grade 8 hardware. The cheap bolt and nuts that I started with just twisted right apart.

Another way to Bob a Deuce!

Hundy, In posting #238 on picture number two in the top center of the picture I think I see a weld on the second cross member of the trailer. Is the trailer frame also welded to the truck frame there or is that weld just to strengthen the trailer frame? If you could take some pictures of the...
