I replaced both of my glad hand valves with standard plumbing ball valves. Half inch I think. Easy fix. I don't think that the glad hand cover is actually supposed to hold pressure, just protect the gasket and keep gunk out of the glad hand.
I went to the back parking lot at work and decided to do some donuts in the fresh four inchs snow that fell. Boy, once you get that rear end of one of these beasts to break free that is a lot of weight swinging around. FUN FUN FUN!!
I have had good luck seperating water with my seperation tank but have not tried antifreeze. I have access to alot of oil with possible antifreeze contamination but I just do not know the answer to this. Great thread.

I burned my 1/2 drill up while bobbing my deuce. I went to rent a mag drill and the rental price was equal to the purchase price of a new drill. As nice as the mag drill would have been I choose to buy a new drill. By the way, a big Thank you to mikew for all of your work on your website. The...
I just used a 3/8 bolt last week. It worked great, just make sure to use Grade 8 hardware. The cheap bolt and nuts that I started with just twisted right apart.
Hundy, In posting #238 on picture number two in the top center of the picture I think I see a weld on the second cross member of the trailer. Is the trailer frame also welded to the truck frame there or is that weld just to strengthen the trailer frame? If you could take some pictures of the...
