Looked at the kit a little more this morning, and the inside unit is BIG! But it is a heater and cooler, so the stock diverter will be pulled out. This unit will take up the whole area under the glove box, all the way over to and including where the stock diverter is now. It does look like it...
I got my kit yesterday and opened most of it today. I looks nice. The condenser will not fit a winch truck, not sure about non-winch trucks, but overall it looks good.
I am looking for a NOS firewall insulation kit for a deuce, but I don't know much about them. Does anyone have info on them? Are they effective? What are they made of? or any other info. Thanks.

A "thick" head gasket would solve this. They are common for many makes of performance cars for people that are super/turbo charging them. Basically it spaces the head up higher and lowers the compression ratio. Does anyone make one for the multi? It would greatly improve the engine life...

If you have one, try using an automatic (spring loaded) center punch. It delivers a small, but very high speed impact that has the vibration needed break loose rust and friction much better then a hammer and punch. And it also doesn't mushroom them out as bad.
