Would also check the front axle u-joints.... My 08 started binding on slow sharp turns (hubs unlocked). I would think you'd feel the binding in the wheel, but, doesn't hurt to check.... Eric

Added floor insulation to my 1008 as the heat in the summertime was brutal! Bought some synthetic material fairly cheap on fleabay and installed carpet over the top of that. Definitely helped with the heat, sound was also reduced. Eric

Type "F" is definitly Ford spec fluid. Will give firmer shifts than dexron due to lack of (or less) friction modifiers. The B&M Trick shift is basically a enhanced type F. Common for high performance GM to use the Type F fluid (My 12 sec drag camaro for instance)
