Good point.. it took 4 motor to get enough rod for three. one of rod was bent in a shap of a U from hydro lock situation. I was amazed that it took that many.

I am blessed with a couple of those type shops around me... although I wish some would open a radiator shop around me again..

The nv4500 I find have 241 t cases the 208 is direct fit and swap.. Belive it or not the hardest thing to find is the clutch pedal. I have found eveything in a junkyard before 600 bucks. You will have to fab up crossover and mount.. Note the pre 96 are the cheaper one

I did the nv4500 thing, imho it is how the should have been built.. I do 70 75 mph all day long..

Thays kinda of what I thinking.. I don't know the timeline of your mods. My thought is the the electric pump is dislodging crap from the tank ect.. Did you install a small prefilter before the pump?
