    This done alot when goverment own it, via DRMO or zomie type that would leave a truck park in on spot for too long... if was ever in the seabee unit TOA then it would have yellow on shackels and bumperetts somtimes..& freakin wheel chocks ..

    did you get the primer pump.. it is on top un screw it and pump away... if not fill it where the primer pump is supposed to be..

    If really concern about it do a compression test.. valves may not be seating well and your getting some blow back on the intake side or vise versea dumping in the exhaust system ie kinda of valve float situation to some degree in my opinion also check your cdr valve
