Thanks, good information on the transmission, seems you fixed all the issues. Now how about that hydro. winch? the PTO couldn't work , I'm guessing you would need a PTO for nv4500 and not a divorced one since it's a bobbed truck
How big of a deal is it to convert to hydraulics. What pump...
When you have the time , it would help if you explained the choice of tranny. I always thought the Deuce's was a tough one. I know the nv4500 is smooth shifting but has problems, right or wrong. This is a great build project!
Thanks for taking the time. Ron
new from Mo.
Hello and welcome, quite a few members from the area. Everybody on here seems to be a great group of people, just wanting to help. Keep up the good work. Ron
removeable hitch
I just like to build things heavyduty, to the point of over kill. It certainly has me thinking. Thank you for posting your new equipment.

removeable hitch
I wouldn't think it has the same towing rate as the pintle would. Maybe a couple of more bolts and some more bracing. I wouldn't feel comfortable towing a truck on a float. I don't know what's everybody think?

aftermarket wheels
Good tread guys, I have to say I'm alittle confused, but keep it coming and I'll reread. I would like to do the same someday. Need to figure which wheel and tire combo first.
Thanks Ron
removable hitch
very nice set-up, would like make one myself, but has anyone tried to figure the weight rating for a hitch like your's. How safe is it, first and foremost. I do like good ideas!

11.00r16 tires
So i read this tread the other day and went ahead and bought a set. Now i can't remember if the stock rims for my m37 will work. I thought they would but not sure about the tubes. if not , can a guy order the right tubes anywhere. Thanks Ron
Remote Reservoir
I was going to build a pressure bleeder, but now I'm wondering where would you connect your bleeder hose to. The remote or the master cylinder cap.
Thanks Ron
That's exactly why I bought my deuce! good job. If you could tell us what make of dump you have and is it pto or electric. I need a lift heavy enough to dump road rock and firewood. As far as the hay, my wife unloads ours, Right!

Hi everyone, I cut one of my air hoses to the 105 and need the ferrules? to make a new hose anybody know where to buy these. Do I need that kind of setup or can I just use hose clamps instead of the compression fitting.
Thanks in advance, Ron
I went to napa to get a supply of 3 and 5 amp fuses for my recovery coming up monday and they showed me many different sizes and types. Could someone post the exact number for fuses, slow blow or otherwise. Thanks in advance. Scrapdaddy
Great job! Your workmenship shows through out the whole truck. Alot of hours went into it. I also would like to know more about the paint. I'm wanting to do mine that color
Good job! I'm starting on my deuce this summer and if you don't mind saying, what is the paint you used. The internet doesn't show color all that well, but I like your color alot. The steps, did you make them up are purchase them, good idea. I hope mine turns out close to yours. Thanks Ron
